Willamette University has appointed Mike Coduto as the new head coach of the Bearcats. Coduto comes in with extensive coaching experience, having most recently served as the associate head coach at Earlham College in Indiana since the 2017 season, where he helped Earlham qualify for the NCAA Division III National Tournament twice (2017, 2022). Prior to that, Coduto was an assistant coach at Birmingham-Southern College in Alabama that saw two Southern Athletic Association titles during his tenure (2015, 2016). Coduto replaces longtime Bearcats coach Aaron Swick, who spent the past 15 seasons as head coach before accepting the same position at the College of Wooster.
