The Mountaineers start their season in Redding, CA, with a four-game series at Simpson (20-25 last season) January 27-28. They will play double-headers at two Division III teams, Pacific U. (25-15) and George Fox (15-21) on consecutive days, Pacific U. on February 9, and George Fox on February 10. Next is a tough matchup at Division II Western Oregon (30-15, champions of the GNAC) for a four-game series February 17-18, followed by a game at Division III Linfield (13-24) February 19.
The Mountaineers’ home opener is against Corban (16-30) February 22-24. They visit Oregon Tech (33-19) for a non-conference matchup March 2-3, then host the Hustlin’ Owls for a conference matchup April 13-14. Their other conference matchups include away at Lewis-Clark State (37-18, national runners-up) March 22-23, and home against British Columbia (35-21) March 29-30.
The Mountaineers’s mid-season non-conference games are at Division III Whitworth (11-27) March 9-10, home against Division III Whitman (24-19) March 19, at Whitman April 2, and at Division II Central Washington (22-29) April 20.
