The Owls open their season with seven games in southern California. The opener is against Benedictine-Mesa, who were 33-15 last season, on February 2, at a to-be-determined location. The next two games are in Irvine, against Westcliff on February 4, and non-NAIA Bethesda on February 6. Then there are three games against NAIA champions Hope International on February 5 and 7 at Amerige Park in Fullerton. Most of Hope International’s best hitters last year were seniors or grad students, but their two best starters, RHP Justin Drury and RHP Trey Seeley, are probably returning, as is one of their best relievers, RHP Boom Ward. The road trip concludes with a game at The Master’s, a team that is good every year, in Santa Clarita on February 8.
The Owls open their home schedule against Simpson February 15-16. They open their Cascade Collegiate Conference schedule at Bushnell February 21-22, and their first conference home series is against Corban February 28-March 1.
The Owls visit British Columbia March 15-16 and Lewis-Clark State March 29-30. They close their regular season hosting Bushnell April 25-26.
