The Hustlin’ Owls have stepped it up a couple of notches with their schedule for this season. In February, they will travel to Sterlington, LA to play four games in two days, against Central Methodist (36-19 last season, ranked #25), LSU-Shreveport (47-10, ranked #2), Freed-Hardeman (40-21), and Texas Wesleyan (37-16, ranked #14). A week later, they will play a four-game series at Antelope Valley (30-16); they play in a former minor league ballpark. A week after that, they have a four-game series at home against Division II power and defending GNAC champions Western Oregon (30-15).
They will open their season on January 26 with a three-game series at Jessup (18-22-1) in Rocklin, CA. They will start their conference schedule at home vs. British Columbia March 16-17, and will play Lewis-Clark State at home March 29-30. They also have three more non-conference games scheduled vs. Simpson (20-25), one away in Redding, CA, and two at home.
