The Super Regionals run Friday, May 17th through Saturday, May 18th. Four three-team bracket-style tournaments will be hosted by each of the four region #2 teams based on regular season league finish. The format is a single-elimination game between the visiting schools with the winner playing a three-game series vs. the host. The winner of that series advances to the NWAC Baseball Championships.

West Region (hosted by Lower Columbia):
- (E3) Columbia Basin vs. (N4) Skagit Valley
