Washington Huskies Baseball Unveils 2025 Big Ten Debut Schedule

The University of Washington baseball program has released its 2025 schedule, marking the team’s inaugural season in the Big Ten Conference. As the conference expands its West Coast presence, the Huskies join fellow newcomers UCLA, USC, and Oregon in a transformed Big Ten landscape.

The season opens with a four-game road trip to Conway, South Carolina, from February 14-17, where the Huskies will face Kansas State, Coastal Carolina, and Saint Joseph’s twice. Washington then makes a familiar trip to Palo Alto for a four-game series against former Pac-12 foe Stanford from February 21-24.

The non-conference schedule includes an appearance at the Las Vegas Classic from February 28 to March 2. There, the Huskies will compete against Texas, Illinois, and Texas Tech.

The first Big Ten conference series takes place at Nebraska from March 7-9. Following road games against Portland and a home series versus Gonzaga, the Dawgs will host their first Big Ten home series beginning March 21st against Maryland.

The conference schedule continues with road series at Rutgers (March 28-30) and home matchups against Purdue (April 4-6). April features Big Ten series against UCLA on the road (April 11-13), Illinois at home (April 18-20), and Northwestern away (April 25-27).

May begins with a home series against Iowa (May 2-4), followed by conference games at Oregon (May 9-11). The regular season concludes with a Big Ten series against USC from May 15-17 at Husky Ballpark.

The schedule maintains regional connections through games against Portland, Seattle U, and Pacific Lutheran. These midweek games are interspersed throughout the conference schedule.

The Huskies play their home games at Husky Ballpark in Seattle, WA. Typically, contests are scheduled for evening starts on Fridays and Saturdays, and afternoon starts on Sundays. For the full schedule, click HERE to go to the UW website.
