• Northwest Nazarene 5, Chico State 2 – The Nighthawks got on the board in the 3rd by scoring three runs on a Carter Walsh sacrifice fly followed by a Cris Enriquez 2-run double. That’s all NNU would need as Ernesto Lugo-Canchola pitched lights out, allowing 1 run over 6 innings of work, striking out 6. Montana State Billings at CSU Pueblo

• Game 1: CSUP 4, MSUB 0 – Jackson Betancourt reached 150 career strikeouts while punching out 10 over 6 innings, registering a CG as the Yellowjackets offense reached base just 5 times, all singles. Travis Farrell threw a complete game for CSUP, allowing 5 hits and no walks with 5 Ks. Kysen Howard’s solo HR and RBI single highlighted the Thunderbirds scoring.
• Game 2: MSUB 6, CSUP 4 – Cy Miller started for the Yellowjackets and lasted 3.1 innings, allowed 4 runs, 3 earned. After that, the combination of Andrew White, Hayden Mullins, and Andy Evans threw shutout baseball in relief.
