The summer collegiate leagues were busy again on Sunday. Here are the top performers from the West Coast League and Pacific International League.

West Coast League

  • Matthew Major (Portal from Tulane) – 2-5, 2 HR, 6 RBI, 2 R for Berries
  • Jacob Embleton (CSUSM) – 3-4, 2B, 3 RBI, 2 R, 2 BB, 2 SB for Kelowna Falcons
  • JC Coupland (Long Beach State) – 2-6, HR, 3 RBI, 2 R for AppleSox
  • Finley Buckner (Pepperdine) – 2-5, 3 RBI, R, BB for Kelowna Falcons
  • Cooper Brass (UVU) – 4-6, RBI, 2 R for AppleSox
  • Obviel Ramos (Western Ok. State College ’27) – 2-4, HR, 3 RBI, 2 R for Pippins

  • Seth Sumner (Mt. SAC ’26) – 6 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 4 K (W) for Kelowna Falcons
  • Parker Heintz (Fresno State) – 5.1 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 4 K (W) for Ridgefield Raptors
  • Zimmerman (UCLA) – 3 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 4 K (W) for Bellingham Bells
  • Kyu Lumsdon (Vernon ’27) – 6 IP, 6 H, 1 R, 2 K (W) for NorthPaws

Pacific International League

The Seattle Studs won twice on Sunday to win the 2026 Grand Forks International Baseball Tournament. They beat the Seattle Black Fins in a semi-final matchup before beating the Alaska Goldpanners 12-2 in the title game. (stats have not been released on their website as of this writing)

  • Braden Bartholomae (Southeastern FL) – 2-3, 2B, HR, 3 RBI, 3 R, 2 BB for Fish Sticks
  • Jacob Rolling (Gonzaga commit) – 2-2, 2B, 4 RBI for Fish Sticks
  • Kai Twaites (Harding) – 3.1 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K for Fish Sticks
